Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

We had high expectations for Sushi Saint after seeing it featured in the Michelin Guide, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. My fiancé visited for Valentine’s Day, anticipating top-tier sushi, but the quality did not live up to the hype. The sushi tasted overly fishy, which is not what you’d expect from a restaurant at this price point. Freshness is key when it comes to sushi, and this was disappointing. For a place with such recognition, we expected much better execution in terms of flavor and quality. While the ambiance and service might be up to par, the food itself-what truly matters-just didn’t deliver. Given the Michelin mention and the premium pricing, we hoped for a more refined and enjoyable dining experience. Sadly, we wouldn’t return based on this visit.

First time eating at your establishment, I was very impressed as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was friendly, welcoming in our server along with other staff did a phenomenal job to all our needs. The presentation of the food was spectacular and looking forward to visiting again when I’m in town. Great job to all the staff, cheers!

This was hands down the best omakase experience ever! Chef Beck and Miel were an amazing team and the food was incredible! I would recommend dining at this intimate dinner any chance you get!

Food amazing. Seemed like they had difficulty with spacing out tables and turning them over in a timely manner. Service was kind but slow and kind of rough around the edges.

For 100$ per person this place is a terrible value. Im not sure if it was an off night but honestly i cannot see where all the buzz comes from. Incredibly overpriced.

Not worth the money. Very expensive mediocre sushi with lacklustre service. Twice we inquired about food service, we were brought our bill before we received all of our food.

Always continued to have such a great experience at the temaki bar. The food is crafted phenomenally and the quality of it still tastes great! Everyone is so attentive and kind as well.
