It started off with a warm aloha greeting by the hostess. The wait service was friendly and attentive. The Caesar’s salad and French Onion soup were probably the best on the island. We settled for the chicken Marsala and the pork chops and both were delicious. To cap it off my wife ordered the chocolate mint dessert and I had the haupia pudding. The presentations weee beautiful and definitely something to write home about.

It was a lovely evening. Delish scallops,pork chop nice salad. Waitress was attentive and friendly. All good!

The Table is now on our favorite list of restaurants on Kauai. We love the food choices (good variety) and the servers and bartenders are delightful (with a special shout out to Tessa). We thoroughly enjoyed their salads and entrees (braised beef and chicken marsala). This was one of our best meals on Kauai. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our cocktails and dinner at The Table. This was our first visit and we already made reservations to return. The staff was very friendly, the cocktails were delicious, and the food was unique and tasty. We also enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant with white tablecloths, a quiet and spacious booth, and low noise level. Thank you!

Nice ambience and room temperature. Food OK. Never have I Ever: I am approaching 80 and, for the first time my life, I was compelled to shout to get a server’s attention and then to admonish the server for inattentiveness. The server did not show any sense of urgency, even when a request was raised or when she forgot something. She offered bread with Olive Oil & Vinegar, then she took our order and then another table’s order and entered the orders into the computer. Then she finally delivered the bread but without the OO&V. By the time she brought that, the first bread basket was consumed. While dining, one of our group requested salt, but it was never delivered. Too busy chatting with other customers and doing other tasks. The plate got cold and was abandoned at that point. We decided to forego dessert. She was chatting it up with customers at nearby table when we were ready for our check. Tried waving to get her attention and finally had to yell out. The poor service ruined what otherwise would have been a good dining experience and lost the restaurant the dessert dollars.

The restaurant is upstairs in a pretty shopping center. There is an elevator available. The dining room atmosphere was relaxing. The scallops and prawns were delicious starters. All of our entrees were amazing. We had Ahi and crab encrusted fish special. Jenny was a great waitress. All the staff attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back!

Wonderfully welcoming! We enjoyed a Saturday evening meal for two; the service was attentive and warm, the food was flavorful and delicious.

We went to "Table at Poipu" two nights and two very different experiences. The first night the food was excellent, particularly the paella. The second night the food was okay, not terrible, but not great. I had the paella again, and it was not nearly as good as the first night. (My husband tasted it and agreed.). The service the second night was horrible. Very slow and inept. For example, they charged us for a salad we didn't order. When I asked that the charge be removed from the bill, the waitress disappeared and then returned and asked whether we had asked for dressing on the side. (Of course, this didn't make any sense since we hadn't ordered a salad.). She did then remove the charge. The desserts (chocolate mint ice cream pie and chocolate decadence) were excellent both nights.
