Waiter was honestly not attentive and very flighty. We ordered an item off the menu that was not advertised to have spicy chicken, and yet it was the same chicken they use for their spicy chicken sandwich. They did comp us for that item which was very considerate of them, but overall the service just wasn’t great.

After sitting for 15 minutes, I had to walk up to the host and ask if we had a waiter assigned to us. Once we got a waiter, the service after that was slow to regularly check on us.

Food, service and atmosphere were all up to Taffer's usual standard. However, I chose Taffers for this family event because I have always been able to enjoy conversation at this restaurant. This is the first time the music and hubbub meant that we had to lean across the table to be heard well and, instead of all six family members being able to share a single conversation, we were having two separate conversations most of the time. I'm hoping this is just a one-off aberration and will continue to use Taffer's for such occasions in the hope that it is still a place for casual conversation.

The waiter spilled a drink all over the table, booth and on my clothes. He apologized but I would have thought they might have paid for our drinks or appetizers or something! Food this visit was just ok typically the food is much better

Great service and great food! Love the pork belly skewers and my sandwich was great. Never had a bad drink here either!

Food was great. Our party of 5 all enjoyed the appetizers and entrees. The open table app got us a reservation within 15 minutes when the hostess told me 45. The service was subpar. Food came out slow, drinks came out slower and waiter couldn’t be found. Didn’t see much engagement from the management team either.
