Taki Omakase is Delray Beach’s premier Japanese Omakase restaurant. We offer a curated 18-course chef’s choice menu - including traditional Japanese nigiri and cutting-edge, innovative seafood & wagyu dishes.

We have 3 nightly seatings Friday & Saturday at 5:00, 7:00, & 9:00 pm. Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday we offer 2 seatings at 6:00 & 8:00 pm. Lunch seating available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's at 12:30 pm. I understand Dinner Omakase is $170 per person + tax & gratuity. Lunch Omakase is $90 per person + tax & gratuity. A deposit of half the Omakase ($85 at dinner $45 at lunch) is required to book and will be applied toward the bill.

***Any changes or cancellations occur WITHIN the 24 hour period of your reservation day and time will forfeit your deposit/refund. ***

All guests must consume raw fish. We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian restrictions.

This sleeper seems to offer a pretty authentic Omakase experience, with their fish sourced from Tokyo four times a week. Several courses, each very small, are tasty and varied. The pacing is a bit manic, detracting somewhat from the overall experience as the evening goes on. But, overall, pretty terrific.

Very good quality food. Sequence of dishes was well designed. Very appropriate ambiance. Service from hostess and sushi chef was first class.

First omakase experience, highly recommend, I just wish they would’ve told the guests that a 20% gratuity would be automatically added, I have no problem paying 25%, I even did. But a little heads up would be nice. Other than that, food was amazing, I will be coming back soon.

This is a special treat. Very expensive, however, will make memories. True sushi, chefs at work. We went to a tuna cutting event. Fantastic.

Every bite we had was delicious and Irene and Anthony were perfect hosts. Exceptional dining experience. Food was outstanding.

Absolutely delicious. Every piece was so sweet fresh and you will never taste sushi as delicious as this ! I highly recommend this place to everyone. The service was incredible as sushi chef Patrick was amazing very knowledgeable and entertaining. The ambience was perfect for a culinary experience . Five star rating !

Quite fantastic. So good I booked again a two days later. It’s not inexpensive, but it certainly isn’t priced like other top tier omakase and they can go toe to toe with the best. Informal and relaxed atmosphere. There is a lot of banter, but that can change with the crowd. Do not miss if you’re in the area.
