Nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley, this upscale restaurant offers a refined take on Vietnamese cuisine, served in a peaceful white-table setting. Helmed by Chef Tammy Huynh, Tamarine's menu features an exquisite selection of entrees, soups, salads and signature dishes cooked with the freshest Asian ingredients.

Get your taste buds racing with some shrimp spring rolls before diving into a delicious entrée of crisp-fried whole Mediterranean striped bass served with a sambal shellfish sauce. Complement it with a specialty cocktail, made using traditional ingredients. Visit the bar between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. and enjoy great Happy Hour discounts. Valentines Day dinner offered some specials to choose from plus the regular outstanding menu. A welcome break from other restaurants that require a prix fixe complete dinner on that day. Our favorite Vietnamese restaurant for many years that we visit every 1-2 months for the innovative seasonal menus, soothing ambience, and friendly service. You can have a quiet conversation here.

We celebrated a birthday after a long absence and found the menu as interesting a delicious as before. It was a very nice touch to have birthday greetings in an envelope waiting at the table. Thank you!

Tamarine is one of my top 5 restaurants in the bar area. Love the Tea leaf beef, clay pot cod, lemon grass sea bass and the chili cauliflower.

One of the finest establishments in Palo Alto, for over 20 years. We regularly bring business associates for lunch and are always impressed with the quality of the dishes, the variety and the wonderful attentive service. When i have guest from Europe or Asia visiting I always suggest a lunch at Tamarine during their stay.
