TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge offers a distinctive culinary experience in the most dramatic setting Mohegan Sun has to offer. Guests can choose from a selection of Asian-inspired specialties, focusing on Chinese, Japanese and Thai techniques and ingredients; including signature dishes like the Satay of Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster Wontons, Peking Duck, Crispy Snapper in “Sand,” and Tuna Sashimi Pringle. TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge’s beverage program pairs perfectly with approachable craft cocktails and extensive sake offerings. The new restaurant at Mohegan Sun is located off the Sky Tower Hotel Lobby and features several notable elements that Guests have come to expect from the iconic brand, including a 16-foot-tall Quan Yin statue anchoring the main dining room.

    One of the best meals I ever had! Loved the music as it was a 90’s vibe. Lighting was good and felt comfortable there.

    Was a little disappointed that there were no veggies in my fried rice, a lot of pork but only green onion for vegetables. Everything else was delicious

    TAO at Mohegan Sun is an absolute must-visit! The ambiance is stunning, blending luxury with a vibrant energy. The food is exceptional—every dish is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The Peking duck and sushi were highlights, and the cocktails were top-notch. Service was attentive and friendly, making the entire experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to go back!

    Everything was great and this was our 5th time dining at Tao and bringing 4-6 newcomers along. We celebrated two birthdays that evening and I asked for fireworks and signs like I’ve seen in the past. All we got was one dessert with one small candle. Not cool and it was a total let down. We spend a lot and tip well. I didn’t expect this from this establishment but will now take note.

    This was our 3rd time at Tao and once again it was a great experience. Food is always amazing and so is the staff. We mentioned on the reservation that it was our anniversary and they surprised us with a dessert. Can't wait to go back

    The food is always good, brought some friends for the first time. They seem short staffed, although the tables were cleaned promptly, we didn't see the wait staff frequently and when the bill came it felt rushed at that point to get it paid. There were plenty of open tables so it's not us holding up a table.

    I love Tao’s. Always great food, music, drinks and ambience. My one and only thing this past week was that my appetizer didn’t come out at the same time. Not sure if the order wasn’t placed at the time so we had to wait extra long. I love my apps to come out all at once. Overall it was an amazing night for my hubbys birthday.

    Service was great, attentive staff. Food was served hot and presentation was nice. Everything we ordered was delicious. Tao has a wonderful drink options for drinks.
