TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge offers a distinctive culinary experience in the most dramatic setting Mohegan Sun has to offer. Guests can choose from a selection of Asian-inspired specialties, focusing on Chinese, Japanese and Thai techniques and ingredients; including signature dishes like the Satay of Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster Wontons, Peking Duck, Crispy Snapper in “Sand,” and Tuna Sashimi Pringle. TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge’s beverage program pairs perfectly with approachable craft cocktails and extensive sake offerings. The new restaurant at Mohegan Sun is located off the Sky Tower Hotel Lobby and features several notable elements that Guests have come to expect from the iconic brand, including a 16-foot-tall Quan Yin statue anchoring the main dining room.

    First time here. Everything was delicious. Only negative was the tea tasted like it was burnt and done in water that was too hot for the tea type.

    Sushi was extremely poor quality. Soup was very good but shrimp dish and dumplings were not very tasty. Overall an expensive restaurant and in turn you would expect high quality food and service. Tao Mohegan delivered on neither. Much better restaurant options at Mohegan than Tao. We frequently visit Mohegan and won’t return to Tao!

    The food was fantastic. This is a very high end restaurant so be prepared to spend quite a bit on your visit. Not a place you would visit everyday but great for a special outing. Staff was excellent and helpful. I'm not very familiar with Asian cuisine but every meal that came to our table was delicious. Definitely need to experience this restaurant !

    Everything was great except the lobster taco, very expensive, very small and had a bad fishy taste. 10/10 for everything else, customer service included.

    Horribly obnoxiously loud music that they refused to turn down a bit - hiding behind corpora ‘ambiance’ policy E Could hear anyone sitting right across the table Decibel level consistently in the mid 80’s I couldn’t wait to get out of there so I could hear myself think Unable to enjoy my company for dinner Not a fine dining experience which was what I expected given the prices on the menu Won’t go there again even though a number of people have complained they do not adjust the volume - they obviously don’t care about the comfort of their clients or the well being of their staff

    Pork sticker appetizer was very good. However, entre of a $59 filet and the salmon entre were definitely forgettable, and not worth the price. Most entrees it appeared were ala carte. If you're looking for a quiet Zen dinning experience, don't bother booking at TAO
