The noise level was absolutely ridiculous. The football fans were screaming so loud that we couldn’t hear our own voices. My companion ordered her chicken burger without a bun (just in lettuce) and no tomato, but they brought it in a bun, with tomato! This was not our waitresses fault as she ordered correctly. She mentioned this has happened several times with the kitchen.

I understand you came while there was a football game on, and in the future, we will rarely put the sound on upstairs for the game, so that are might be better for your next experience! I had prepared a cake and candles shaped like the numbers 1 and 6 for my daughter’s 16th birthday, but they threw away the candles and lighter, ruining the final moment of the celebration. I’m really upset and disappointed.

Waiter forgot condiments that were ordered at the time of taking our order Received condiments after meal was finished Ordered second glass of wine never received it

The pricing was all over the place and the value was just not there. Service was fine but we asked for salsa and they charged us $4. I feel like that’s something you should mention when a customer asks, by the way it’s going to be $4 would have been nice to know.

Burnt my pizza. Made me wait 30 mins after everyone at my table already got their food. My mom and brother ordered the ranchero bowl. Didn’t come with the aioli the menu said it would. Asked nicely for sauce. Got sauce. Then got the bill. They didn’t take the pizza off the bill. AND they charged us for the sauce that they forgot that I wouldn’t have had to ask for in the first place if they made it right. But our server was an angel. Saving grace of the night. But don’t eat here.

Super good! sat upstairs which was lovely with a sunny view. my only complaint was the service. our server was lovely but once we got our drinks we never saw him again and never got a second round of drinks or anyone asking how the drinks were, food runner brought food and that was it. waiting a while for our wings but didnt mind too much because we weren’t in a rush
