   The staff were excellent èxplaining each componennt of the dish. The flavours were incredible, the chef knows his/her stuff! Every member of staff was very well informed, attentive, but not intrusive. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

   Outstanding. This isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. The quality of food is surpassed only by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

   Had the tasting menu, gorgeous food and presented very well and the staff couldn’t do enough to make sure the experience was fantastic. Ideal for a special birthday/anniversary meal.

   A great dining experience for New Year’s Eve. A warm welcome and lots of added extras throughout as a nice surprise. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I’d definitely return again!

   From start to finish I couldn’t have been more impressed by my overall service at Tassili. The service was impeccable, shout out to Marco who was out of this world and so knowledgeable about the menu. He was discreet yet attentive and really made our evening special. The tasting menu was delicious and extremely reasonable - beautifully presented and the flavour combinations were to die for. I work as a chef so know how difficult it is to construct such a well thought out menu! And these guys absolutely smashed it. Will definitely be back again and cannot recommend it enough.     Fabulous! This should be Michelin starred because it was a feast for the senses, in addition to to the excellent service and imagination of the chef Nicolas Valmagna. This was easily the best dinner we had in Jersey. I cannot praise it enough!
