We were running a little late as parking is not the most ideal situation and had to wait. We confirmed our reso and tried calling the restaurant however no one answered. Upon arriving, the hostess asserted that we were late and would now have to wait at the bar until a table became available. This was fine, we ordered drinks and they had not yet come when another employee came and told us our table was ready. We followed him to the table where another guest shoved past my boyfriend and a woman sat down at the table we were being told was ours. The employee who had guided us to the table said there was a mixup and this was not our table. However, the original hostess who had taken us to the bar informed us that yes this was our table, but since the other couple had arrived before and were sat outside but were now feeling cold had priority. And now we would be sat outside. Since no one asked us, we assumed we would be seated inside, and told the hostess we in fact did not want to sit outside and preferred inside. But since when she checked us in, she didn’t ask, she didn’t know. Frustrated with the situation and her tone which was super condescending and unprofessional. Our interaction caught the attention of one of the managers. She was able to get us a table inside but it was not a booth but was inside. During this conversation, the hostess was conversing with another employee and was laughing while looking at us. COMPLETELY unprofessional. Please note, if you sit at one of the two tables by the windows, the tables are wobbly. The manager offered to comp our drinks and for the rest of the evening the staff was attentive. The food was decent, everything except for the tandoori vegetable momos were awesome. They tasted like plain potatoes. Wouldn’t bother going here again.

As usual Food 🥘 was the Highlight. Every time I come to Tasty Indian Bistro. It’s a blast 💥. Thank you 😊 guys. Looking forward to having more fun 🤩 & delicious 🤤 visits.

Music was way too loud, I will not be returning on the weekends and will keep my visit to weekdays when the room is much more enjoyable. It felt like you guys were trying to be a night club.

I recently the restaurant, my experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed the staff was very attentive to other customers, greeting them warmly and offering immediate assistance. However, when it came to my party, the treatment was completely different. We were not even offered seating and even upon asking we were told the tables are not available and we were told to sit outside (tables were open inside as well). We had the reservation. Then staff heard us talking about it, then one of them came to ask if we would like to sit inside (apparently the tables became available). This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves a sour impression. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background. We love going to the one that is in Surrey and always had an amazing experience. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this location.

It was an extremely fun 🤩, enjoyable & tasty 😋 experience. Our Server Aastha was fantastic, very attentive to our needs. She was quite pleasant. Fish 🐠 Tikka was the highlight of the meal 🥘. Keep up the standard guys looking forward to more fab experiences at Tasty Indian Bistro.

The food tasted good, the atmosphere is great, the portion is fair BUT WE FELT RUSHED BY THE SERVER, which was really rude, half the people still had Food on our plates, we were still eating, but the server started clearing the empty plates from those who had finished. THIS IS NOT HOW TO SERVE. I think the staff need a bit more training for a restaurant downtown! Otherwise everything is fine.
