   I went to The Tavern with a group of friends to celebrate a friends birthday. Food and service were both great. Victoria, our server, was great. She made us feel welcome, acknowledged our friends birthday, gave us plenty of time to catch up without rushing us to order and came right over to help when she saw us trying to take a group pic.

   Sat right away! Good thing for having a reservation, it was super busy. Expresso martini and pizza was delish! Service was great

   We had a 5:30 reservation on Saturday evening. The waiter was polite, but took a bit to come to the table once we were seated. The food was delicious, as always. We were finished eating for a long while before the waiter returned to see if we needed anything else. At this time, there were several parties waiting to be seated. This table easily could have been turned over much quicker had the waiter cashed us out in a more timely manner. Despite waiting last night, we will return as we love the food and the locations are convenient to where different family members live.

   Totally enjoyed the Kale Crunch salad - just what I needed this afternoon. Everyone at the table looked on jealously at our companion happily gnawing away on a juicy burger!!

   Be cautious at this location. I have celiac disease and ordered gluten free nachos and got glutened by them. Now I’m extremely sick. I go to this chain at different locations around Massachusetts frequently and have never been sick until now. Less importantly, we couldn’t find our waiter and I had to walk to the hostess’s station to ask her to find our waiter so I could get the check. I will never go back to this location again. 24 hours later, I’d like to add that a manager reached out to me regarding this review and apologized for the incident and was concerned about my health. This was a very nice response from the management!

   Great atmosphere for watching the USA v. Canada 4Nations Championship or any other sporting event for that matter. We had a high top and the service was amazing. The waitress was very attentive.

    The table was so crowded and cramped. There was a table next to us that offered to swap with us, and the staff said no it was the most uncomfortable dinner I have ever had management could’ve cared less. The wait staff has really gone downhill didn’t listen to any requests made when taking the order Very very disappointing.
