VIOLÍ was initially inspired by DineAmic Hospitality Partners, David Rekhson and Lucas Stoioff's, travels throughout Greece, where they acquired a newfound appreciation for the natural Greek lifestyle. Following their trip, the hospitality group opened LÝRA in West Loop's Fulton Market neighborhood and now brings the Greek Cuisine and world renowned superstar Chef Partner Athinagoras Kostakos to the Western Suburbs.

Verdaderamente quedé satisfecho con la comida,todo lo que ordenamos muy rico pero el pulpo sobresaliente puedo decir que el mejor que he probado!!! Buen trabajo

The food was overpriced and under delivered. I’ll be going down the road a bit to Greek Islands for Greek food from now on. Food here was under or oddly flavored. We were celebrating a birthday and were sat as far back towards the kitchen as you could be. Waiter asked and then completely forgot about the birthday. No pita or bread is given, even if you order saganaki. Given someone else’s bill at the end of the dinner. The drinks were decent but in that area there are plenty of places that have good drinks AND good food. I wonder if this place will fall into the way of the previous tenants, Mon Ami Gabi.

Brought my daughter here for her birthday and they didnt have either fish that was on the menu. The place is nice looking, the staff was excellent. Just cant not have fish, especially with a menu not that big.

The food was below average and the room was like eating in a Home Depot. The staff constantly moving furniture around us. Disappointing experience for the extremely high price.

Beautiful outdoor fully covered and heated patio. Some of the Greek food served is different. The fish is excellent unfortunately the octopus wasn’t. Desert was tasty and we had a special show for the “ bogasta “ .The service was good.
