Tavernetta's dinner reservation allows for 1 - 4 guests for inside dining. (For reservations of 5-8 guests please use the "Large Party Dinner Reservation" on this page). This reservation allows for dining within the following time frames of: 1-2 guests up to 2 hours 3-4 guests up to 2 hours and 30 minutes If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, we reserve the right to adjust your reservation time or dining time frame if necessary. For reservations larger than 10 guests, please contact our reservations team at reservations@tavernettadenver.com or by calling 720-605-1889.
Large Party Dinner Reservation

Tavernetta's large party dinner reservation allows for 5-10 guests dining inside and allows for a 2.5 hours dining experience. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, we reserve the right to adjust your reservation time or dining time frame if necessary. Please note policies and compliance are for the safety of our guests and our team members to ensure proper sanitation between guest visits.

We recently participated in the NYE special experience, which was advertised as a five-course meal with an optional wine pairing. While the food was excellent, the overall experience fell short in several areas. The service was disappointing; we had to wait approximately 15 minutes after being seated before we could flag down a server. Additionally, we were surprised by an "optional" extra course, which, while it turned out to be a highlight of the meal, created the impression that not ordering it would detract from the overall experience. The extra course came with a $90 charge, which felt misleading—why not just advertise it as a six-course meal for $265? This pricing structure seemed like a subtle attempt to upsell, especially in a romantic setting. While the food itself was commendable, the feeling of being taken advantage of has left us hesitant to return for similar experiences.

The New Years eve experience at Tavernetta was un-surpassed! From the beginning we were waited on hand and foot. The food and wine pairings were delicious 9, (light pours in my mind- 3 oz) and each course was impeccably prepared, and warm as needed. The atmosphere was beautiful. (Not over done for New Years) The voice noise was at a minimum which is always a nice thing. I did feel like the can light right above our heads needed to be dimmed down. All our pics came out "blown out" with too much white light, all around our heads. I would also suggest a warmer color LED can bulb. (Dimmers are the bomb!) The light was very cool and not cozy at all. Not a buzz kill, we just didn't get any good photos at the table. You really cannot go wrong with Bobby, his staff and any and all his offerings. He is articulately impeccable and has a standard that surpasses all. Great job Bobby and ALL of his staff! Thank you Amber for being so sweet and professional. :-))

We were so excited to go to Tavernetta. We had never been before and everyone we told that we were going said how amazing it was. We were less than impressed with the NYE prefix menu. The Arancino tasted like it had been previously frozen; the other courses, while good, were not what I would expect or have experienced from restaurants of this caliber in the past. We both decided mid way through dinner we would not be returning to Tavernetta. For $600 we expect to be at least somewhat wowed. Not a single dish came that salvaged the dinner for us. There are so many amazing restaurants in Denver that have far better food. If I could ask for a refund I absolutely would!

New Years menu set. Added wine pairing. One additional course added bringing the number to six. Started with champagne, ending with dessert wine with awesome chocolate cake. Main course of lamb was excellent. Excellent service. Very knowledgable sommelier. Restaurant decorated for NYE. Host was dressed to the nines! Memorable 2.5 hours.

Food was mostly very good…yet not amazing. Wine pairings were great. Ambiance and presentation were a little bland. Service staff were friendly, but “meh.” Maybe it’s b/c we did the NYE fixed menu—rather than going on a typical night—but overall, the experience was entirely overvalued. I don’t mind paying a premium for meals where the whole evening and food are exceptional, but this was just…not. A perfectly lovely dinner, but for the price, I left feeling underwhelmed.

It was a delightful dining experience. While we couldn’t get the beef carpaccio since they were out of it, the restaurant tried to make it up for us by giving us a free side dish, which we really appreciate. The flavor and presentation were very nice. I would also say that it was in the expensive side of things. To my knowledge, this restaurant isn’t a Michelin starred restaurant, but the price is comparable to those of 1-star Michelin restaurants.

Our waitress was outstanding. She went thru the menu in detail considering our food restrictions. The food was amazing. It was the perfect place to celebrate our 45 wedding anniversary.

Service and food was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a nice elevated Italian dinner date or meal to celebrate a special occasion or just because.
