    The antipasta could have been more substantial; entre was filling and delicious; ravioli was hard to eat and deserved some bread to wipe off with; service was attentive and great. Overall, bread and a leek soup would have made the prix fixe meal perfect. Ambiance was good but crowd chatter was noisy.

    Booked my reservation looking forward to a new restaurant of great food, excellent service, and an enjoyable evening with music and dancing. What we encountered was an unorganized establishment scrambling to fit too many people in just to grab a quick buck. A highly stressed out wait staff that was spread way too thin. A management that was in way over their heads and unable to cope. Several unhappy customers with not one person too bothered to make any effort to resolve the problems. No music and dancing as advertised as they kept seating people in awkward places at tables so narrow and small that not even the chairs fit properly. The food would have been great if only it was warm and had not been left to sit so long. Safe to say that it was such a disappointing experience which was extremely unfortunate.

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We deeply apologies and regret that your experience did not meet the expectations we aim to deliver. On the night of your visit, we unfortunately had two employees call out sick at the last minute, leaving us short-handed. As a result, our team was stretched thin, which impacted both the service and overall atmosphere. Please know that this is not typical of our standards, and we are actively working to improve. We would love the opportunity to make it right and invite you back for a much better experience, complete with a glass of champagne on us. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance.     The food and service were very good! I might be back to experience the full menu as they have a very limited one available for NYE. My only complaint is that they were quite unprepared for the rush of the night. It appeared to me that they were inexperienced with a NYE night and therefore were not able to deliver what they promised in the description of the evening as advertised. We were told that a DJ would be there at 9:45, a complementary glass of champagne would be offered, and a festive time would be available on their patio. They delivered on none of that. We were there until 11:00 until we finally left disappointed.

We sincerely apologize for the aspects of the evening that did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, a few of our team members called out last minute, which made it more challenging to manage the high volume of guests. This impacted our ability to deliver the full experience we had planned for the night. As for the champagne toast and entertainment, we want to clarify that the complimentary champagne was served at midnight, and the DJ did indeed perform at 9pm until 2am.     I came here for my birthday with family and friends. It was outstanding! All the food was exceptionally delicious and noticeably fresh. The wait staff were attentive and the background music was all jazz and easy listening covers of famous pop and rock songs. Such a cool vibe!!

    Restaurant was empty on a Saturday night at 6pm. We sat in the room off the patio and there were a lot of little gnats flying around. The salads were pretty good and the entrees were too but expensive for the portion size. The waiter was nice but really hard to understand. He spoke way too fast and mumbled a bit and did not speak clearly. Came to take our order right away as if they needed to turn over the tables quickly. We tried to take our time but we were in and out in a little over an hour.

    Food was good, but service is slow. Don’t understand why they charge for butter, and not give our table and bread and olives.

    We were looking forward to Tavola, especially because of it’s relationship to Le Jardiniere, which we love. The food, however, was disappointing. Our “Branzino for Two” at $70 was hardly enough for one. It came out cold and had to be sent back. Then it was good but not great. It needed more delicious sauce. The potatoes on top were at best flimsy and inadequate. All the portions were small. Tristan the server, the Manager and all the staff were fantastic. The special chocolate dessert was great. Maybe we’ll give it another try, amidst so much competition!
