    Restaurant was nice, pasta was amazing but overpriced for the size, bruschetta was a bit of a waste and way too expensive, pizza was average. 4.2 overall

    Fabulous meal. I could have curled up and slept on the foccacia as a pillow! Other half (who has spent many years taste testing tiramisu) declared it the best. Main dishes were sumptuous as well. Will definitely return for another special occasion when we are in London.

    Booked this place around the corner from our hotel. Great welcome by the cheerful professional staff. Our service staff were all amazing and top rate. In fact all members of the staff last night, 8 Feb, were tremendous. The rapport between them was a delight to see and made the evening so much more enjoyable. The wine we chose, Baia di Uluzzo, was absolutely delicious. Every item of the meal was equally delicious, well presented and piping hot where necessary. Olives, burata bruschetta, carpacchio to begin and set the tone for the mains to follow. GF octopus pasta and a spicy Nduja based pizza were again perfect and faultlessly cooked and presented. Next time in Blackfriars we'll not miss the opportunity to return. Fab thanks.

    Fantastic meal from start to finish. a real taste of Puglia especially. Third visit, and had to try the negroamaro marinated/slow cooked wild boar pasta again, which did not disappoint. Cod in arrabiata style sauce very good, as were starters, desserts, affogato and coffee. Wine list extensive, montepulciano and negroamaro by the glass good examples if you don't want a whole bottle! Service spot on, waiter Giovanni. Very busy, popularity speaks volumes - but organised and very professional outfit

    Lovely atmosphere, good attentive service with out being over the top, absolutely first class! Tasty food, pastas and pizzas were fabulous.

    Food was delicious but the portions weren’t enormous (all six of us agreed that each of our pasta dishes could have done with about 1/3 extra) for the price. We all had a snack when we got home. But it was super tasty, and staff were great.
