An inviting and contemporary atmosphere greets guests at Terras, set against the backdrop of the beautiful Sonoran Desert. Intentionally designed for guests to linger and connect, each need carefully anticipated before the next. Terras features a multi-course menu full to the brim of vibrant, inventive regional fare, showcasing freshness, vigor, flavor and adventure in equal measure. At the heart of Terras lies our wood burning oven, uniquely coaxing the flavors of the land to truly show themselves, as they are, naturally. The seasonally resonant menu at Terras is made even more memorable with the addition of its mindful mixologists, extensive biodynamic wine list and insanely delicious desserts.



Terras bar focuses on seasonal craft cocktails and features an extensive list of natural, bio-dynamic and organic wines.

    The restaurant ambiance was quite strange. It was too light and open. Turning off overhead lights and adding some walls / dividers would add more coziness and intimacy. Some of the food had its own twist which made it strange. Crab cakes and filet mignon had a funky twist that I think should be reserved for less staple items.

    Really overpriced and food was very average. Staff was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. Rushed us as well. We won't be coming back. Ever.

    My experience was very.good..the wait staff was kind and happy to answer all questions and were very accommodating..the food is very healthy and they strive to serve local food. Yolanda, our waitress made our experience even better.

    Filet was five star. Tender and cooked to perfection as ordered. Wine sauce was delicate and did not overwhelm the natural flavor of a natural filet. Potato mash was light and fluffy. A side of wild mushrooms kicked the filet meal up a notch. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. Terras has had a difficult time winning back the locals who were regular and loyal customers of the casual original Carefree Inn. The fancy pants international Spa with tofu and healthy meals for rabbits was not a smooth transition. As a local, Terras has won me back with a selection of real meat and sides. I don’t think they will add fries and a coke any time soon however. Next visit I will try the decadent deserts. I hope other locals will give them a try . Rabbit food is optional.

    Terras was everything we hoped it would be! The service was extremely attentive but unobtrusive. The atmosphere is that of a wellness resort, calm & pampering. We started with the beet hummus with crudite & pita. It was delicious and fresh. We both ordered the salmon which was perfectly cooked with a blood orange frise salad and fingerling potatoes. We had a side of broccolini that was perfectly cooked and had a little spice. The wine selection was excellent also!

    Lots of good, healthy options. Food that tasted great. Fast service. Wait staff expressed concern regarding my food allergies- I was very appreciative Atmosphere was okay- same location for breakfast & lunch Quick, attentive service Appears very clean. Had a nightcap mocktail. Delicious and I ended up sleeping like a log.

    Yolanda is amazing! So attentive and friendly. We had miso salmon, carrot pasta, fire roasted artichokes and sautéed mushrooms. All delicious made with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. We also like breakfast here.

    First time at Terras. Really enjoyed the healthy choices of both food and drink. Ate here 4 times and each meal was excellent. Service at both restaurant and bar was exceptional.

    Great atmosphere!! Upscale but healthy. Servers went over and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.
