Many dirty tables sitting not cleared and people waiting to be seated. Food was good, nice and hot. Server very good. Even after our meal many tables sitting dirty.

The service was not great, Had to ask for tableware and napkins, took waiter a long time to come back after asking if we were ready to order almost immediately after getting the menus. My wife and I ordered the same platters (Center Cut Sirloin and Shrimp combo Medium Rare) My Sirloin was fine but my wife's was tough, when the waiter asked how everything was she mentioned, but the waiter only said sorry and hope you enjoy the meal. My wife saved part of the plate at the end to show how tough it was and could hardly cut it with the knife. At that point we did ask to see the manger, and she did take half of my wife's meal cost off the check. That help us feel a little better that we did not pay the full charge, but would much rather have had a good meal in the first place and were happy to pay the price for the expectation. We will not go back and will not recommend this location to anyone.

Went in a Saturday for a master degree graduation, seated at a big table, it was easy to talk across the table, did was delish

I come in nobody there to sit us waited for 15 mins or better another family come they wait they notice nobody is servicing us when the lady do come she said she was busy with orders but mind u the place only had three families sitting and eating already. I tell the lady again I have a rsvp that I did it on open table and she tell me I still have to wait even with a rsvp and the don’t have the tablet anymore so the rsvp don’t matter. The food was bad my steak was sooo little the broccoli was different colors black and green to be exact and I ask for steak sauce she brings me one that’s empty I asked for another one it’s empty again I just ate the steak plain didn’t eat the sides. So they do not need to b on open table because they don’t have the tablet for it so they don’t know who rsvp.

We sat at the bar, as the reservation was for our son and his date for homecoming and the only other place to sit would be right next to them. The bar service was not good. Never asked to refresh drinks, dinner took forever, appetizer never removed. The lady at the bar was hustling, but she would disappear for long stretches of time. Food was good.

First off I did the reservation online and get there and was told that this location doesn’t do it. Then the waitress wasn’t good we had empty drinks then a stack of plates to be moved and they weren’t until after the food came when we asked them to move them! The place wasn’t busy. Maybe 10 tables and more then 1 waitress. Then we get our check and I went to pay online and that didn’t work it gave me an invalid check number so we had to wait longer for the waitress to bring back our card. If you offer something online it should be working in all the stores!

Our server Claudia was super awesome. She heard us talk about it being our anniversary and was great gave us a free dessert
