Pros: Extremely friendly staff, lovely atmosohere. Cons: Service was very friendly but absolutely lacking. It was impossible to get more drinks or order our food. Food was average at best and very expensive.

Not a fan of the Valentine's Day pre-fixe menu every restaurant in the country seems to do but it's part of the game so you roll with it. At Americano though, despite them doing the pre-fixe, they fumbled it so bad that only half the entree came on time (T-bone) and they had to be reminded of the remainder (crab legs). Also noticed, we were not the only table afflicted by a simple error. When the food did arrive, it was mediocre. Steak was ok, poorly seasoned. Crab legs seemed microwaved and not too elegant. The desserts were great. I'd rate this restaurant lower than 3 starts to be honest, but our server Jada was actually quite friendly, personable, attentive and professional and did a fantastic job in spite of the organizational errors the restaurant implemented. Additionally, it's a beautiful venue and the touch of live music (the singer was amazing) added to the charm of this place. I'd recommend other diners try Americano, but tamper expectations. Thank you Jada for preventing the night from being a total disaster

We had an amazing culinary experience at The Americano. Surprisingly, the star of the show was the polenta side dish. Everything was prepared to perfection.

Had a great food experience, but I had a reservation and they sent me a text saying our table was ready and we got there 4 min after I got that text and they didn’t have a table. All was fine tho so we could sit at the bar but the bartender Kelly was a little rude and not very friendly and forgot to come back and finish off our wines because she ran out halfway through pouring them. And gave us attitude when we asked her to fill it before we went to our table. Our server was very great and food was superb! Very well priced for how high quality the food was would definitely recommend to go and just not sit at the bar beforehand lol!

This is a great restaurant. We've been here a few times while at the hotel for conferences. This meal was booked as a prepaid wine tasting and, to meet with Chef Conant. The food was good, but not for the price this time Past times we've enjoyed our meals with no problems at all. This time was riddled with little issues that made little sense to me as the place was not entirely packed. It was overly loud, but that is very subjective. The food came out promptly, however, any drinks that were ordered took extremely too long hampering me from ordering any more than past the wine flight after noticing how long the wait was for my wife's drink. All that could have been chalked up to a bad night, and I would not be typing this review. What left a lasting, taste in my mouth was the nonchalant attitude our server displayed when she charged us for the wine tasting after we mentioned it was prepaid. Now, I have two charges four days later. One charge should be dropping off the card, but I shouldn't have had to review my bill in the first place, and now I am monitoring my account to see if/when the errant change drops off. I expect this from McDs, not a $100/person establishment.

Dear Marc, I am terribly sorry to hear about the lack of empathy you experienced during your recent visit to The Americano. It is incredibly frustrating to have a pending credit card charge. Although I am relatively new to my role at this property, I expect much better of the team, especially in caring for our guests when a mistake is made. I'd like to thank you for taking the time to reach out to inform me of this glitch. Such feedback is the only way for us to improve our offerings. I am however so very sorry that it came at the expense of your experience, considering Chef was in town as well.
