   Nice country pub doing some lovely wholesome food, friendly and attentive staff. A nice pint of Landlord as well.

   All the staff were lovey and very attentive. I would definitely visit the Angler's arms again. The mother's day menu was very good with a few choices, tasty and huge. The staff arranged a Anglers Burger for my son, this I may add was not on the menu, I will be forever grateful and appreciate all of what the staff did for us. my son loved the sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and Ice cream, say's it slightly better than mine, the cheeky monkey. I don't have a sweet tooth. they had lots of choices for deserts, from traditional cheese cakes to the other puddings. great for vegetarians too, Until our next visit take care of everyone and Many thanks Lady J and Lord J

   Great country pub that's just been redecorated. Always good food, friendly helpful service from the employees and Manager Mo. Also worth staying here for a short break, accommodation is lovely and great location.

   I have been coming to the Anglers Arms for nearly 50 years and the improvements the new management team have introduced have greatly improved the decor and ambiance . The food was delicious and portion size excellent. Well done I would highly recommended a visit

   Booked online and staff gave us a table in the midst of a very noisy all male party. It was too noisy & we asked to be moved. We were informed by the staff that’s the table you booked so could not move us !!!! We left the table and demanded to be moved to another spare table away from the noise. Reluctantly it was agreed. Food was fine but the service by teenage weekend staff was not up to expectations. It’s a pub quite close to home but we will not be returning anytime soon

    Absolutely outstanding food. The valentines day special scallop starter was amazing and the steak was cooked to perfection. We will certainly be back!
