   Attended second night in a row! First night, we sat at the bar and experienced a great time. Best bartender in the world, and excellent meal. Second night sat in the dining area with 5 guests. Excellent service and great meals. Steaks cooked to perfection! Awesome restaurant

   Had the seared scallops, three and just not correct, did not say anything dealt with it, the seared side had a crust of straight up salt and it seared about a 1/8 inch deep, inedible and cut off that section of scallops, needed three grains instead of 20, just too much salt. PORTIONS beyond the three scallops for 48 dollars, yellow squash got maybe 30 calories worth, the 8 dollar fries were good though, and dessert saved the night

   I gotta say… the steak was fabulous. My brother in laws Sea Bass was the best he’s ever had. My in-laws were in from out of town. It was a very busy night, hence the noise level. I think it’s something you need to look into as I’m well aware it’s been an issue. But Benchmark is a great restaurant not to mention the wait staff. And sweet Ryan and the girls that greet you at the front. Love this place 🥰

   Ate there twice in three days, as was staying at the Hilton across the street which is very convenient. The food and service are excellent and the prices are reasonable by my NYC standards! Not drinking iis also a massive game changer on the overall bill price. My caveat on this is two things. The tables in the booths (four of us) are overly large so you sit ait around four feet apart so not conducive to intimate conversation. And the noise level is very high which worsens the conversation situation, The first night was high but just tolerable. Second time there were two large tables 12 people each and the noise level was appalling.

   The wait staff was phenomenal! The food was delicious, once it arrived. Unfortunately, we served our steaks but our sides, we were told, went to another table. It was too long of a wait before they were brought to the table for them to be enjoyed as a whole, with the steaks.

   Our waiter Patrick was very knowledgeable, explained everything and answered any and all questions, he was fabulous. Food was great, drinks were great, establishment was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall a great dinner

   We couldn't have asked for a better evening anywhere! The staff was so kind and friendly (not overly chatty); the ambiance was perfectly clean and appropriately comfortable. I will admit the price was not cheap (we are not wealthy), but for the quality of the food and the choice of food items, it was well worth it. Even the restrooms were clean. Thank you!
