Warm, welcoming, intimate and steps away from the Jackson Hole Town Square, The Bistro is the newest concept from restaurateurs Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman (Fine Dining Restaurant Group). Drawing on inspiration from Parisian style neighborhood brasseries, The Bistro presents modern, comfortable European dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all inside The Cloudveil hotel. The Bistro brings seasonal, beautifully prepared and presented dishes to life with outdoor cafe seating, a stunning zinc bar, fresh oyster bar and a variety of dynamic indoor dining areas. Led by Wine and Beverage Director, Neil Loomis, The Bistro's French-inspired cocktail menu showcases thoughtfully crafted libations, while the European-focused wine list highlights fantastic bottles at every price point. The Bistro's attentive, thoughtful culinary guides offer a truly multifaceted dining experience from start to finish.     Jackson Hole es demasiado pequeño y tiene Candida excesiva de gente asió ue enlace sitio es muy muy concurrido y el nivel de ruido alto espacio es muy poco pero el restaurante es bueno y su selección de vinos agradable servicio rápido

    Extensive menu. High quality ingredients. Sophisticated preparations in a casual comfortable setting. The octopus and tuna tartare were original and outstanding. Our waiter handled a group of six seamlessly.

    Our waitress was outstanding! She deserves a raise, truly to have someone who actually cares & works hard & pays attention to details is SO rare anymore!! The food was delicious; always is! But the service was outstanding!

    Lovely enticing menu. Food: coq au vin. Very typical French offering. Arrived warm in some spots and cold in others. Server replaced it with a warmer plate of food. BUT not tasty. Missing tiny onions and pieces of lard. Carrots diced instead of pieces. Chicken dry when it should be soaked in wine. Manager removed item from our check which was generous gesture, but I would have preferred a good warm coq au vin in the first place. We sat in back room as we requested quiet table. Lots of running around by multiple servers and various people. Seemed like much confusion with no one quite knowing what was going on and who was doing what. Created a frantic atmosphere. Restaurant is not equipped to serve so many guests all at same time. Suggest you figure things out and get organized.

    We are regulars at The Bistro because of the exceptional service and food. We love the menu (Americanish French) and the wine list is phenomenal. The staff is always professional, friendly, and well-informed about the menu. They also do a great job with large parties if you book ahead.
