Welcome to the Black Bull.
Tucked away in rural Lancashire, between cloud topped hills, green fields, rolling pastures, and lots of cows... sits The Black Bull Inn.
Nestled in the picturesque village of Old Langho, our stone building has been here since the 1500s. Steeped in history it has it's own warm welcome to travellers from far and wide.
Our menu is fresh, local and has a nice balance of those "pub classics" but brought up to date in modern and inventive ways.
Dog friendly in the bar area or garden, and plenty of cosy seating available in front of our roaring fires, in The Library, or in our gorgeous, beamed, renovated Fire Barn.

    This was our first visit to The Black Bull, we thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely return.

    We really like eating here but this evening my partner had the market fish of the day and portion was ridiculous ,it was half a fillet and when we asked we were told it is a thick fillet.

    3rd visit to the Black Bull What a great eatery, service excellent and food the best i have had for a while. Price reflects the food quality and quantity excellent value. Well done guys it was no surprise you were busy and booking was required We will return 👏👏👏👍

    Wow... our stop in Blackburn as part of an extended trip was off to a rocky start when the hotel "lost" our reservation. Adjusted, then searched for restaurants in the area... Black Bull looked promising... and delivered on that promise. Excellent meal, lovely place, great service. Monkfish tail, and the beef Filet... perfect. Turned our Blackburn experience around really

    Love this pub. Scenic views, great beer garden and beautifully decorated internally. Good menu..just enough choice. Staff very professional and friendly

    Fantastic meal. It was the best meal we had whilst staying for a week in the Ribble Valley Best sword fish meal I have had outside Mediterranean. Staff were excellent. Would heartily recommend the Black Bull
