Del equipo editorial de OpenTable: Top Chef star Jamie Tran leans on her Vietnamese roots at this upscale restaurant that Eater Vegas named restaurant of the year when it opened in 2017. That means you'll find dishes like imperial rolls stuffed with duroc pork and shrimp and sautéed glass noodles in a spicy gochujang sauce all served in a spacious, industrial-chic dining room adorned with exposed lights and plenty of mirrors on the walls. The flight of Japanese whiskies makes any meal here extra special.

Fui porque la chef tiene muy buena reputación y la comida estuvo excelente. Los tacos de piel de salmón tienen muy buenas reseñas y están muy ricos pero para mi gusto, todo lo demás estuvo mucho mejor. Yo comí pato confitado con un cus cus delicioso y de postre panna cotta también muy buena. Nos acompañantes pidieron cachete de cerdo y les gustó mucho. El lugar está un poco lejos de la zona turística de Las Vegas pero bien vale la pena el viaje.

The food was uniquely delicious. Not sure of anywhere else we could’ve gone to have such wonderfully highlighted Vietnamese flavors.

Intriguing, interesting, different and a unique and imaginary plate presentation. We saw a U-Tube report on the Owner-Chef and the restaurant itself. We had to try it. We sampled 3 appetizers: Imperial Rolls, Steak Tartare and the Hamachi. All freshly made and tasty. Definitely Asian Fusion with contemporary American. The unique plates are difficult to describe for this traditional diner! Our two Entrees; a Duck Confit Special and the Slow Braised Short Ribs. Both excellent. For a wonderful meal and a very different food style the Black Sheep is perfect.

Good fusion food concept and fun to try but food flavor was average. Cocktails were delicious. Can recommend imperial rolls, braised short rib, and oxtail empanadas but salmon skin tacos fell short of expectations. Steak ok, vegan glass noodles ok. Duck rice salad plain in flavor but filling and healthy tasting. Service average, did not match ambience.

Went and tried out their Valentines Prefixed menu. Ideas of food plates were great but flavors were too strong in the dumplings, almost felt spicy but was assured no spice. Our prime New York was way under cooked. I get its better still pink or red but this was hard to chew. Couscous saved the dish for me at least because I was hungry after the summer salad that was very refreshing but very light, I was looking forward to a hearty steak. Desert by far was the only thing on the menu that I can say was really good. Maybe my selections weren't great, maybe should of listened to our beautiful waitress who recommended all different dishes than what we picked, but I hate going out and spending so much on still come home hungry.
