I made a reservation online for 3 people for lunch today at noon. We arrived at 11:55, the door was locked, I knocked on the door and nobody opened the door. I called the restaurant, it rang several times and nobody answered. We left and found another restaurant, we were lucky Prato had 3 spots at the bar. So disappointing.

Went around 6:30 which was nice because it wasn't busy and was quiet, waitres was nice and attentive. Food was decent. Overall good experience

We had reservations for Father’s Day brunch and arrived on time. They were just opening and not ready for the day. It took forever to get coffee, menus, water and once we placed our order, it took forever to get our food. Service was VERY slow. Food was good but nothing special.
