   This place rocks on a Saturday night! Be sure to grab a reservation and be patient as the kitchen prepares all meals to order. Grab a martini and embrace the history and ambiance. The service team is amazing! Thanks for a great experience!

   Drinks were delicious. Food was lukewarm warm at best and took a long time. Service average.

   Slow service starting with drink order and even slower food service. Food was tepid and way over seasoned. Ambiance was good. Manager resolved the issue after bringing attention to the issues but sadly we will not be returning.

   I had dinner with my family. The food was amazing and the entire wait staff were personable and attuned to our needs. We had a wonderful experience, and definitely recommend it. Also, I'm celiac, so I can't eat gluten. When the wait staff asked about food sensitivities right at the outer, I mentioned this. After that, all the wait staff was great about remembering, and ensuring that the food would be ok for me. Additionally, they had foods like a delicious clam chowder that I could eat - foods that normally contain gluten

   We enjoyed the service provided to us by Aubrey. We were told she was new to the Brushmill family by just three weeks. She has a dynamic personality and added to the evening. Brushmill is our “go to “ place. S, from Wallingford and me from Mystic. Thank you once again for a much needed night out to enjoy the atmosphere, food, drinks and conversation. Ken

   We came out in a snowstorm and wondered if we made a mistake coming out in such bad weather. However, everything about our evening was well worth it. The location is beautiful. We had been here when it was different restaurants which had been hit or miss but Brushmill is a hit. OAudrey, our server was excellent. She was very attentive and had a great personality. The food came out quickly and was excellent. Highly recommended.

   My partner and I tried this place for the first time for Valentine’s Day and it was amazing! The space is truly unique and any history lover will appreciate the ambiance.

   We were happy with our experience. All of the food was very good. The star of the menu for us was the plantain appetizer, delicious! The one thing that was a minor disappointment was there was no bread served with the mussels. The mussels had a very tasty broth that would have been excellent with some bread to dip in. We asked for another couple pieces of the starting focaccia but were told there was no extra bread being offered. Unfortunately the broth went to waste. Other than that, it was very enjoyable and we will likely go back again sometime.

    Lovely, leisurely Valentine's Day prix fix menu! Lots of amazing (hard) choices. Perfect amount of food including dessert. Very romantic❤️
