With gorgeous rustic interiors and a stunning country garden, The Buttery has become a local institution in the heart of Belgravia perfect for breakfast, brunch, or just a slice of cake and a cup of tea. Featured in CN Traveller as one of London's top brunch spots, The Buttery is unique, fun and intimate. Our menus combine creative seasonal dishes with traditional favourites, using the very best of British ingredients.

Our food is unpretentious, fresh and beautifully served with super-friendly service. Our drinks hit the spot too, with the finest London-roasted coffee from The Gentlemen Baristas, classic cocktails and a carefully curated wine list featuring produce from some of the pre-eminent British vineyards.

The summer months in particular is when The Buttery comes into its own with our stunning walled garden perfect for laid back al fresco dining. We look forward to welcoming you soon with attentive service and a big smile.

La primera vez que fuimos a Londres nos alojamos en Lime tree hotel , la reforma del restaurante y el jardin es fabulosa . Despues de varios años hemos vuelto para tomar el brunch .Personal muy atento y amable , la comida riquisima y mi cocktail de limoncello espectacular . Tomamos el cafe y el coktail en el jardin . Desee que se parara el tiempo por lo bien que nos sentimos . Mil gracias .Gran equipo

Having booked and confirmed my reservation for 2 tables (including confirmation by phone), we were surprised to find out that one of the tables wouldn’t be ready for another 30 mins. Some of the group had to go walk around for 30 mins. As for the rest of us, we were not offered any complementary drinks or anything like that, instead we had to wait for 40 minutes for our food to arrive (and had to chase our drinks as well after 30 minutes), bearing in mind that we made the reservation for that particular time as we had a coach to catch and we made the staff aware of this). We were then overcharged for fries which were meant to be included in the meal and we had to point it out to the waiter. Very poor service, I did not enjoy the visit.

Fab service and food. Food came quickly too. A little busy if sat inside (quite close to other tables), but a really nice vibe.

Very nice venue good food, good service. Coffee was good and orange juice was freshly squeezed. Would have liked the opportunity for a hot cinnamon roll. Good breakfast venue, short walk from Victoria Stn.

A delightful little cafe in a small hotel. It was very relaxed with very friendly helpful staff.

C’était très bon et le personnel vraiment adorable. Le cadre est très sympa et le jardin très agréable par beau temps.

My booking was at 1.30 And we got sat at 1.50 So it ruined everything else

We had a booking at 12pm on a Saturday, they seemed really busy and we didn't get to sit down till after 1205pm. I ordered a coffee at 12.10pm, that didn't arrive till 12.30pm. The staff were lovely but I didn't enjoy having to wait so long for a coffee. The food was decent though! would definitely go back for the solid brunch.
