When weather permits, outdoor dining is available on our Cabin Patio. The Cabin Lounge features full service beverages at an 1840’s solid mahogany bar.     We had the salmon blackened and the prime rib. Both dishes were very good, especially the salmon. Cheesecake for dessert with chocolate topping was nice ending to meal. Piano music by Stephen plus the Christmas decorations made for a wonderful ambiance. This is our 3rd Christmas Eve visit and hope to continue this tradition.

    Ambiance is perfection. The food was mediocre. We ordered a bottle of wine and it still hadn’t come and we finished our meals. We canceled the wine order. Dinner rolls came after our dinner was served.

    Our server was wonderful, but the kitchen was so backed up it took 2 hours to get our food. They ran out 3 of the items we tried to order. The martinis - which are their only featured cocktails were terrible. White wine was warm. Really the ambiance is the only reason to go. Don’t expect good food or drinks and don’t go hungry.

    Unbelievably, beautifully decorated for holiday season. Wonderful server. Dime store/cafeteria food at best.

    Although I am upset to write this review since The Cabin is a local restaurant that we like to frequent, we had an awful experience last night. We were excited to take our two children to see the amazing Christmas decorations that The Cabin has and to have a wonderful meal together to kick off the holiday weekend. Unfortunately, we were sat in an upstairs banquet hall/room which did not have the same Christmas ambiance we were hoping for to show our kids. Also, our waitress was trying her very best but had to walk a mile to get any type of food or drink. Every single table around us was complaining about one thing or another. It took us an hour and 45 minutes to get bread and two hours to for our meals. When our meals arrived, they were cold and lacking any type of taste. We were never given the opportunity to get a refill on our beverages. We then had to ask for our check 3 times before it arrived 2.5 hours after sitting down. Overall, we had an expectation of a nice, family Christmas meal and it was everything but. If you ever find yourself here, please be sure to ask NOT to sit in the upstairs overflow room. I can promise it's not the experience you are hoping for when arriving.

    We were there 12.18 for a friend’s birthday and girlfriend get together! We got to meet JoAnn - she is truly a lovely person who creates magic with her decorating each season. Nicole was our server and she was most attentive . Food was great! It was a wonderful evening’. Thank you so much!

    I'm sorry to say that we did not have a good experience this time. We did not get our table until 50 minutes after our reservation time, which was 6:30. Then, we sat for a full 15 minutes with no water and no server. My husband finally got up at 7:35 to request a server and one eventually came. The first appetizer brought to our table arrived at 8:15, an hour and 45 minutes after our original reservation time. We were never offered bread. We were never offered to be given anything comped. We even paid for my daughter's birthday dessert. It was a very expensive evening and we were at the restaurant for well over three hours. Although it was beautifully decorated, I'm not sure I can go back again.

    Great server! Beautiful Christmas ambience! The food is very average, but we don’t come for that. It’s a Christmas wonderland! A tradition we always look forward to!
