Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I ordered a martini without vermouth. The martini arrive with vermouth. Had to send it back. The waitress put an order in for gluten free bread. Our app arrived and with the gluten free bread only to find out that it was not gluten free. My husband had eaten half of the non gluten free bread. Main course arrived. My steak was basically raw very rear after asking for a medium steak. So that had to be returned Baked potato was cold. My husband had finished his meal before my medium steak arrived. Overall this was less than positive experience. They whole point of going to Dinner is so we can eat together. They did send up complimentary desert which was nice. But over all A very disappointing $300 dinner. Won’t be going back. The place is completely overrated and over priced

    Wonderful as always! We had a 9pm reservation but arrived nearby at 8pm and checked in because it was snowing and we were hoping to get seated a bit earlier. The staff was super accommodating and seated us almost immediately! Thank You!! Our server Pack is a true asset to this location .She is lovely,always remembers our preferences and makes us feel right at home every time!

    Another excellent celebration at the Capital Grille in Dedham, and our first visit since our little Nan arrived. George took wonderful care of of us, and the rest of the staff were amazing as well. The food - delicious as always! Definitely worth a visit!!!

    Booked valentine reservation, the front door was decorated with an arch of beautiful valentine balloons to welcome you . The entire meal was just delicious. Fro cocktails to dessert . Our server Peter was lovely ,personable and attentive . Really a great date night . Our favorite place to go now

    Our meals were excellent. Steaks were cooked to perfection.Tuna was very good. Oysters and crab cake was very good. The corn w/ bacon was very tasty. Over all service was very good. Will definitely return.

    We celebrated a birthday dinner here last night. The food and drinks were delicious and the service was spectacular. The little details, such as the table decor and Champagne toast, were extremely generous. We love it here, definitely coming back.

    The food is a bit pricy, but the Service is absolutely outstanding. Overall, its worth the price for a great night out and a great wait staff.
