Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We often choose Capital Grille for special occasions and this visit did not disappoint. The food was excellent as usual but our server Adrian made our celebration even better!

The restaurant was very busy which made for slow service. This is excusable except food was not hot and drinks didn’t stay full. Service overall clunky. I have had great meals here before but they had an off night tonight.

Our entire experience was nothing short of outstanding, from the courtesy of the staff, to the excellence of the service, the lovely appetizers, the remarkable main course dinners, terrific wine list, and scrumtious desserts. Can't ask for better than that!

We were celebrating our anniversary and the restaurant did a nice job of decorating our table, having a nice card for us, taking our photo for us and bringing us a nice dessert plate with Happy Anniversary on it. We were also not rushed at all.

I ordered a martini without vermouth. The martini arrive with vermouth. Had to send it back. The waitress put an order in for gluten free bread. Our app arrived and with the gluten free bread only to find out that it was not gluten free. My husband had eaten half of the non gluten free bread. Main course arrived. My steak was basically raw very rear after asking for a medium steak. So that had to be returned Baked potato was cold. My husband had finished his meal before my medium steak arrived. Overall this was less than positive experience. They whole point of going to Dinner is so we can eat together. They did send up complimentary desert which was nice. But over all A very disappointing $300 dinner. Won’t be going back. The place is completely overrated and over priced
