Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our server, Emma is delightful! She was able to answer all menu questions and is very engaging. We enjoyed a lovely meal. I have food intolerances that make eating out a challenge- but not for Capital Grille. The chef prepared an excellent meal. What a treat! Thank you!

    With the exception of the hostess staff, this Capital Grille location is awesome. We dine here several times a year, and the last three times, the hostess team has been rude and in no rush to seat us, even with a reservation. The rest of the team is amazing.

    Alex was amazing and provided exceptional service. Definitely one of the best steakhouses in the Fairfax area. Great service, excellent food, and an award winning staff!

    This is our second visit to Capital Grille in Fairfax. We had our same waiter, Carlos, who is terrific! Excellent service, food is perfectly prepared and large portions. We were celebrating a birthday. We all shared salads, steaks, sea bass, multiple sides and desserts!

    Michael in the bar lounge always takes the best care of us and makes the best martinis. The burger and steak sandwich at lunch were cooked to perfection. Both had outstanding flavor.
