Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grille is one of my favorite restaurants to dine at. And this evening was exceptionally enjoyable due to our waiter, Raul Martinez. He was super attentive and accommodating. It was a great experience and the food was fantastic as always. My favorite dish is the Lobster Bisque and Lamb chops. I highly recommend the Capital Grille in Fairfax.

    The food was excellent, as always. My wife had the scallops and I had the bone-in ribeye. Both were cooked exactly as requested. Lisa, the server, was helpful and attentive. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to The Capital Grille.

    We celebrated a birthday and CG definitely made it a special dinner. Our server, Kwame, gave suggestions, was attentive to our needs, and provided excellent service. Filet, tenderloin, and lobster tails were delicious!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The food was outstanding. and perfectly prepared and served. Jacqueline Aker was a superb server and met all our needs. The complimentary Birthday dessert was a pleasant additional surprise.

    A truly wonderful experience. My husband let me know the morning of his birthday that he wanted to go to The Capital Grille. Making reservations was easy, and even with the last minute reservation, the table was decorated with birthday confetti. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, honestly I couldn't imagine a better evening. Everything was absolutely perfect.

    We had a reservation for dinner including wine tastings with the "Generous Pour" We are not Chardonnay fans. We did try the Orin Swift Merlot "advice from John" not a fan either. All other wines paired well with Oysters and 10oz Filets. Service is always excellent, Ms. Natalie did a very professional job presenting the wines. The 10 oz. Filets were perfect cooked medium.

    Exceptional service with perfectly prepared food. I always enjoy Fairfax Capital Grill and schedule all my business meetings at the Fairfax Capital Grill for their consistent and high quality service and food.
