Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This restaurant is absolutely amazing!! Food was delicious and the staff was great. Tristan was our server and he was the absolute best, very informative and tended to our every need!! 10/10 recommend!!!

    This is my favorite restaurant in Louisville ! The service is exceptional with everyone from the front welcome staff to the servers and managers making your experience enjoyable! Our dinner was delicious as always!

    Everything was perfect from the cocktail to the food. It was timed perfectly plated well. Amazing! From the greeting at the front door to our exit greeting this is what customer service is all about. I would pressure ease the front entrance from the lions to the door. Sidewalk and parking lot were in great order. Our waiter John was especially great. Knowledgeable and quick at removing each course.
