Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Food was good. Service was. Phenomenal. Server, Daniel List was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very accommodating. The experience in itself was great mainly due to our server.

We came here on Saturday night to celebrate Valentine’s Day and every thing was perfect. Service was great, we had 2 servers who were on point. Great drinks and food was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

Capital Grill has always been one of my favorite restaurants. What I learned last night is not to attend on a holiday. My reservation was for 8:15 and didn’t get seated until 8:40.

Capitol Grille was just amazing last night. The staff was very accomodating, the place was jumping, the food was perfect, our waitress was outstanding. All in all a great choice for Valentine's day...

Really great. Best waiter ever…Mike! Food was delicious and fairly priced for a steak house. You will pay more at others. They are properly staffed and everyone was very welcoming. We will be back soon.

Never had a bad meal or service at any capital grille and this was no different even in a busy Valentine’s Day night. Newtown location is fantastic!

Everything was great! We were celebrating my birthday and Valentine’s Day. Hostess wanted to seat us at high top in bar but I had requested booth in reservation. They accommodated us with a semi circle booth , gave me a card and confetti. Surprised us with cake and candle after dinner. Our server Katie was wonderful, very attentive. Food and drinks were excellent. Thank you!

The food was great as always and Massimo was a wonderful server! We can’t wait to go back and request him if/when possible!

From the moment we walked in and were greeted to the time we left - we had the ultimate first class dining experience! Our waiter Damon was super friendly and engaging - quickly asking us if we were celebrating a special occasion! It was my father’s 81st birthday! After he took our drink order he came back and decorated our table with happy birthday confetti!!! The thought was so nice and unexpected. It made my dad smile and we really enjoyed the moment. Damon was quick to take our orders and answer some of our silly questions! Service was excellent and the food was great! Damon then brought over dessert along with a special plate that said Happy Birthday in chocolate with 2 sweet desserts and a candle!! We all sang happy birthday and my dad was thrilled. It was the perfect night!! We all agreed that the experience was perfection and that is was Damon who truly made the difference! We know if we come back again - we want to sit in Damon’s section.
