Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We always look for new dining experiences and had been anticipating the opening in OKC. We were not disappointed. We requested a quiet table good for us to have pleasant enjoyable conversation. We were seated in the center booth and could hear well. Our waiter Ashley was well versed on the attributes of the restaurant and its menu. She was personable, knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. Our friend had wine questions and she quickly involved her manager who recommended a wine that was very good. All our dishes were extremely good and some two+ hours later, we left very pleased. This experience was a hit, a very positive experience. Thank you!

We booked a table to celebrate our anniversary. The hostess wished us a happy anniversary on arrival. We were taken to a quiet corner table and there were rose pedals and heart confetti on the table along with a hand written card. Our waiter Wes was attentive and helpful. All the food was great. We had lobster bisque, tuna tartar and salad. We shared the lamb chops which were very good and properly cooked. They brought us a complimentary dessert. The even took our our picture and gave us prints to take home. It was a wonderful dinner from beginning to end. Great food and service.

First time at Capital Grille. Charles was our waiter and he was phenomenal. Meal was delicious, but 2 out of our 3 party members received over cooked steaks. However, we all agreed we would be back for the service alone.

It was an amazing night for a Christmas celebration! Loved the food! Sooo yummy! The steaks were all wonderful! Great good quality beef!!! Loved the Calamari! The wine was wonderful as was the service ! Thanks Yesenia!

Wonderful dining experience. Steaks perfect as well as lobster tail. Service was exceptional. Our new favorite place to dine in OKC!

David was an excellent server! Food was outstanding! The steaks were perfectly prepared and flavorful. The South African lobster tail was perfectly grilled and tasty. Capital Grille has upped the steakhouse game in the greater Oklahoma City area. Highly recommended !!!

Excellent. Always concerned when top shelf restaurant franchise moves into OKC. Usually not as good as DAL or HOU, BUT Great job so far.

This is a new restaurant and it is very beautiful, and the service was fantastic. The problem is the kitchen and the food. We have been to a number of other Capital Grill restaurants around the country and have always had great food and experience. The appetizer (Korean barbecue bacon) was very tough and so they replaced it and the second serving was just fine. It took longer than normal to get our food, but problem was, my wife’s filet was well done, ordered medium, slow they had to cook another one, and it was fine. My steak, a bone in ribeye, was so tough you couldn’t hardly chew it, no marbling, really just a bad cut of meat, for $75. Didn’t have the patience to send it back at this point. The augratin potatoes were the worst we have ever had, not sure what the crumbs on top were! All in all, spent a lot of money and time for a poor meal!
