Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     400 plus dollars for a overcooked steak and no birthday dessert as requested, not the same level as the other locations.

    Beautiful inside. We were in the lounge area, we had the promotion they were offering - Wagyu & Wine. It was perfect! To top it off, it was our anniversary, and they sent over a beautiful dessert. We will be back !

    It was a busy night in the bar and the vibe was a lot of fun! 🤩. The food was fabulous!! Service was great, what’s not to love!

    Kudos to our server Amy and she was outstanding. She was efficient and personable. I will request Amy whenever I go to the Salem, NH facility. We are frequent diners both locally and Naples, FL. We ordered the 10 once filet and it was cooked perfectly. I have one minor issue that I understand. It was very quiet but it took some time to get seated.

    So delicious and our server was fantastic. Love the feeling of being in Boston but yet we are still in NH. 10/10 experience

    Very professional and courteous staff at Salem location. Jolene and Matt are exceptional. We went to celebrate a birthday and our server ensured we had a great experience!
