Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My wife and I chose to celebrate Valentines Day Weekend 2025 at the Capital Grille in Southlake, TX. We could not have asked for a better experience! The food was delicious, the ambiance was amazing and the service Adrienne provided was beyond superb! This is my new favorite restaurant and I will be a frequent visitor. Thank you for a fantastic evening Capital Grille.

    Loved the food and menu choices. Stolli Doli was amazing as was my French onion soup and filet.

    Laura was very nice and attentive as a server. We really appreciated the distance between tables and the ability to hear our own conversation. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

    only one waitress covering whole bar area. Watched Manager walking around doing nothing and not interacting with guests.

    Only downside was the slow service. Not the best waiter for a high end restaurant.

    Our server Benny was very professional. Not pushy or stuffy in any way. He has a servants heart. Everything was exceptional. Food was perfectly seasoned, correctly hot or cold, and beautifully presented. So pleased to see that Capital Grill opened in Southlake. Thank you.

    Our server Ashley was very friendly and too great care of us. The manager Dwayne was also very attentive.

    Excellent service from Arianna. Great food. Surprised we did not get our favorite booth ( we had reserved 2 weeks prior).
