    Cons : seated 20 minutes past reservation time (6:15pm) and a large portion of menus items sold out during prime time on a Saturday is terrible ordering/planning. The food we did have was excellent and server did a good job of managing need for quick turnaround due to late seating and show tickets

    Great food gave a 4 star because we had reservations and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. Other than that no complaints!

    Our visit to The Centro in Cleveland was nothing short of delightful! From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the warm and glowing atmosphere and the kindness of the hosting staff. The venue is beautifully designed, integrating the past of the Cleveland Trust and the stylish decor of the present. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. They even gave us a personalized menu to acknowledge us celebrating our anniversary! The menu at The Centro is impressive and made with local ingredients. We enjoyed the crispy polenta cubes appetizer. We both ordered from the house specialty section of the menu. My husband ordered the braised short ribs and I ordered the chicken parmesan with homemade pasta. Every bite was a testament to the culinary skills of the team. The drink menu was equally impressive, showcasing a variety of inventive cocktails, wine, and beer. My husband ordered a spicy concoction that was on their drink special list and I had the Black Manhattan made with Basil Hayden dark rye whiskey. I wish we had saved room for dessert because the selection was delectable!

    After we got past the hostess who claimed that all the booths were reserved even though the restaurant was empty, things went well. Our server was experienced with remarkable courtesy and timing. He made an excellent drink recommendation and the honey pepperoni pizza was again incredible down to the picturesque presentation. Great meal before the ballgame. As we left, the other booths still weren't occupied. Odd.

    I was served my Maurice, he was wonderful. The hostess was also very accommodating, being that i was a bit late to my reservations due to parking downtown. i would, and cannot wait to visit again. I enjoyed my birthday here.

    The honey pepperoni pizza was incredible... again. My guest also enjoyed his salmon entree. Excellent server as well. Perfect Friday night decompression pregame meal!
