   Excellent restaurant- delicious food, nice setting, and friendly staff. Christie was great! Nice date night spot.

   Young lady that waited on us was very professional and did a wonderful job. Alex the general manager introduced himself to us and was extremely professional. We will definitely be back especially since my wife and I eat almost every meal out

   My first lunch at the Chapman, and can’t stop thinking about how delightful and delicious each bite was, and how memorable a dining experience! Our table of four shared our favorite BLT Wedge salad as a starter, along with new lunch offerings … the Black Bean Soup is the best I’ve ever had, the Burger was over the top delicious — cooked and spiced perfectly with Caramelized Onions and Roasted Tomatoes and a crazy craveable burger sauce. We all loved the Cubano Handheld (pork tenderloin!), along with the giant steak fries and the Slaw sides. And THEN, we had the Crab and Lobster Roll — amazing! And we still couldn’t say no (and never will!) to the Mile High Citrus Meringue Pie — indescribably fabulous! What a great kickoff for us to experience the Winter Park Art Festival! Thank you to The Chapman!

   The Chapman is a new restaurant that I hope is around for a long time. They care about what they serve and I love the ode to the beginnings of the Winter Park area. Love the citrus emphasis! Thank you for opening!

   The restaurant was very nice, great location and sitting outside was spectacular . The service was great, our server was extremely helpful with menu items and personable. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

   Me and two friends met for drinks and light bites. We had the crab cake (which had little filler), tuna 2 ways and the grazing board. We enjoyed all three. The service was superb. Our waitress was attentive and able to give drink and food recommendations. I will return.

    Appetizer had awkward flavors. Main course bland as was desert. Nothing was bad- just meh.
