   There are not many fine dining options in Luray, so I'd rate this at the top of what's available. But, it was uncomfortably loud. The acoustics in the dining room were not good and we could barely hear each other speak and the server had difficulty hearing us as well. The food was excellent, but everything came out at once (salad and entree). It was probably a function of how the kitchen prepared the food...and not the server's fault. My husband and I had the local Burner's sirloin that was excellent and prepared perfectly, our friends had the catfish and salmon and also enjoyed their meals very much. The server, Missy, was friendly, well versed in the menu, and gave great recommendations. Fix the acoustics by putting some sort of noise absorbing materials on the walls and don't rush the food, and I would have given The Chop House Bistro 5 stars.

   First time here while visiting Luray. Dinner was very good. Female server was personable did a nice job as well. Would definitely dine here again!

   Service was terrific, drinks were excellent. A d the steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly! And rhe house-made raspberry chocolate chip ice cream was a perfect ending.

   As always food was amazing and my favorite server John is the best.you can't go wrong with anything on their menu..highly recommend!!!

   Exception service and food. Was visiting the local area and this place was recommended by a local business. They were not wrong.

   My siblings, their spouses and I were in Luray for a birthday weekend. The Chop House for dinner was a hit in every way for all of us. Highly recommend!

   Chop House Bistro in Luray, VA is superb! We have been on several occasions and have never been disappointed! This visit we both ordered the filet and they were prepared perfectly! We topped off our meal with the deconstructed cheesecake which was delicious! We highly recommend Chop House Bistro!

    Steaks tender and perfectly cooked. Enjoyed the crab appetizer and berry dessert. The meal was exceptionally well paced. Great service by Diane.
