Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

    Valentine’s Day / Anniversary lunch and it did not disappoint! I had the 9 oz filet medallions with baked potato and broccoli and my wife had the chicken piccata with broccoli, mashed potatoes and creamy Chicken mushroom soup. We shared the chocolate mouse cake and it was amazing! I’ve never had anything from the Chop House that wasn’t fresh and delicious. Service is always consistent and superior to most restaurants in Hendersonville…. You can’t go wrong selecting the Chop House for a special occasion or nice meal out…

    My family of six visited The Chop House in Hendersonville tonight for my birthday. We were instantly greeted by a manager, promptly seated, and then attentively cared for throughout the next hour by Shannon and her apprentice server named Jonathan. Our steaks and sides were delectable, and our glasses remained filled.
