   Quedé muy insatisfecha con el servicio la comida y con todo la verdad si hago una reservación espero una buen atención y si me piden la ocasión espero algo relacionado a eso la comida estaba quemada, las sillas sucias y habian moscas en el lugar una muy mala experiencia

   Enjoyable place to dine with excellent food choices, which is why I've dined here before. Today though there was a mixup with my food order. The waitress asked whether I would like another side order with my meal when what she really meant was to ask whether I wanted a substitute for the normal plate accompaniments. I didn't want a substitute yet one came and replaced the normal items. I suppose I could have asked for a swap back but that takes time and disrupts the pleasure of dining. In any case, I'll know better next time I visit.

   Just everything took so long then when my salad came I started to eat then I felted rushed they gave me my steak and I was not done with my salad now my steak was cold I’ve ate here quite few times service was slow and my food was cold very disappointed with the service tonight usually this place is on point but tonight it wasn’t kind of sad cause it was my wife birthday

   Chose delicious sirloin steak and asked to switch from salad/baked potato to option of two other sides (I had steamed broccoli and sweet potato fries). Asked for 'no added salt' because I eat a relatively low salt diet and dining out is a challenge. I don't eat much beef anymore but this was as tender and flavorful as any I recall. They were very busy (several larger family groups it seemed) for a Sunday night. We asked for quiet booth and they gave us one in the very back, so sound level was fine. Lots of good wine choices. We had two different cabernets by the glass. Their menu also has seafood and chicken. (Atlantic salmon and a chicken piccata were what I thought we'd get...but I'm glad we had the once-a-year steak here). I would have given them an overall 5 but relatively to some more creative/foodie fine dining places gave them a 4. Certainly they are a 5 in steak places.

   Came for birthday dinner, had reservation and was seated immediately. Food was great and the service couldn't have been better.

   Wow, the Chop House is consistently great. The only thing better than the food was our server Amber. We had a party of 14 and she was amazing. No water ever empty and took care of everything. Well done Chop House.

    The food and the service was above and beyond as usual. Unfortunately there was a party of about 16 people sat beside us with probably 6 kids who all had tablets or electronic devices going that made it sound like we were dining at Chucky Cheese's between the screaming, running around and sounds of all the tablets loudly playing. Overall this wasn't The Chop House's fault, just a bummer because it wasn't the usual experience we expect when dining at The Chop House.
