Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

    Our server was amazing and the food was great. Only issues was the screaming babies on both sides of us. We left earlier than we wanted to but the restaurant was very good.

    Service was excellent. Steaks were delicious, and bartender got the drinks right on the 2nd try.

    This was hands down one of the best meals we have had, the service, food and atmosphere was outstanding. 10/10 recommend.

    The food and drinks were good. Easy location in the middle of outlet mall area. Service was excellent along with the steaks.

    We happened upon this place about 5 years ago. Food was impeccable, as was the service. We've been back twice over the last few years and I cannot seem to get a repeat of the 1st experience. This last time, although the waiter was friendly, he was inattentive. There were 6 of us, we ordered 3 appetizers but only received two. When we inquired about this our server assured us he would check on it. 10 minutes later, we still did not have our 3rd appetizer. We told him to forget it. The manager then came over and pressed whether or not we still wanted it. We declined as our food was more than likely ready to come out, (not to mention we did not want calamari that had been sitting in the heat window for over 10 minutes - hard pass). Our table was covered with dishes and empty cups from completed meals and drinks and was only prebussed when my husband requested it. Food was mediocre at best, compared to the 1st visit. When in town next time, it is highly unlikely we will return to the Chop House.

    Open table allowed a 10:30a Reservation but they were not open until 11 so we had to wait!! Management was nice and gave us a free dessert.
