Welcome to The Chop House® restaurants, where we strive to provide each guest with friendly service in an inviting environment. Our service and our food is guaranteed!

Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

    All of our food was perfect. The staff were so helpful and kind. We’d brought a cake for a birthday celebration and they all took steps to help us surprise the birthday person. Our drinks were perfectly kept up with and no one ever had an empty glass. Truly the best service in Knoxville I’ve had in so long. It was so worth it!

    This is the worst review I have ever written about this restaurant - a restaurant that we frequent often. While the food was excellent as usual, the bill was incorrect - for the second time in a row. Unfortunately, we did not catch the error before we left the restaurant. While our server was very pleasant and attentive, she obviously does not know how to enter our order correctly into the system. Not happy.

    Our reservation was perfectly on time; our server immediately took care of our drink order and came back quickly to take the dinner order. The kitchen prepared everything perfectly and a runner brought it out as soon as it was ready. The food was impeccable in its taste and preparation - from the salad to the main course. Our server was attentive and courteous. We appreciate the quality of the food and the professionalism of the servers every time we come to Chop House in West Knoxville!

    When asked where I wanted to go for my birthday, my first answer was The Chop House! Love their food, great service, and consistent value. Imagine my surprise when I received my Caesar salad with grilled salmon - it was half the size I have had past times! What do I do? Order two next time?!!!
