Welcome to The Chop House® restaurants, where we strive to provide each guest with friendly service in an inviting environment. Our service and our food is guaranteed!

Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House® has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with 12 locations spread across 4 states.

Our number one goal is to provide a superior dining experience to every guest. We do this by providing guest-obsessed service and generous portions of delicious food using the freshest ingredients.

Went there for an early Father’s Day celebration- it was busy but all the staff were attentive, efficient and caring. Wait was minimal. Food was absolutely delicious cooked to perfection. I ad a special medallions in a peppercorn and mushroom sauce and my husband order the t-bone - steaks were moist and grilled to perfection. Sides and choices were also very good - we choose salads and a traditional bake potato. Yummy - we will be back!

The service was absolutely outstanding. The upgrades to the location made it feel very upscale. The meal portion relative to the price was paltry. Very disappointed as that hasn’t been the case in past experiences at the chop house.

Had two sisters visiting from NC and MN. This was the perfect restaurant choice to end our sister’s annual visit.

Our server, Ashley was so hospitable and knowledgeable about the menu. She really made our dining experience great! The filet medallions were cooked perfectly and we loved our dinner. We will be back!

Another great experience at The Chop House. The service was excellent as was the food. From the salads to the main course to the desert, everything was perfectly prepared. Love the Chop House..!!

All of our food was perfect. The staff were so helpful and kind. We’d brought a cake for a birthday celebration and they all took steps to help us surprise the birthday person. Our drinks were perfectly kept up with and no one ever had an empty glass. Truly the best service in Knoxville I’ve had in so long. It was so worth it!
