   Overall, a great experience. We were a party of 4, 2 past visitors and 2 new to the restaurant. The food was outstanding. The service was spotty. Took a bit to bring my drink and then never asked again to refill. Water was only poured one time even though 2 had only water and glass levels were low. Dessert was messed up and served to go, but then made right. But the food is the star and it was great. Awesome special occasion place. Seems pricey until you realize it’s a complete meal. The mushrooms are amazing!

   This may just be my new favorite steakhouse in the Tampa Bay area! While visiting a friend in Wesley Chapel and us searching for a new place to eat, we stumbled upon The Citrus Room via Open Table. It was a quick 9 mile drive into the cute, downtown area of Dade City. This historic building was adorned with some great decor inside and out and we loved the quaint and classy vibe from the second we arrived. Every staff member was amazing, from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. Tables were cleared quickly and we never waited around for a drink refill. The meals focused on steak, but there were many other great options, including a large selection of appetizers. Each entree included a salad, baked potato, bread and a dessert...and not just any dessert...you had a tray of several options to choose from. They even brought out trays of toppings for your salad and potato so you could dress them yourself! The chef cooked everything to perfection and the couple of small requests we had, like light seasoning and sauces on the side, were accommodated with ease. The bartender, Jacob, was one of the best I've encountered. He not only came to the table to be sure we liked our cocktails, but asked us what style and flavors we liked and how he could make something to our liking - like making the espresso martini less sweet and more coffee forward - it was perfect! Our server, Amanda, was an ideal server...polite, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable on the menu. The French Onion Soup was a highlight - one of the best I've ever had! But everything we ate was perfect. It's hard to find a place that exceeds expectations in every aspect of dining, but the Citrus Room did it and did it well! I can't wait to get back to that side of town and go again.

   Salad with toppings, bread, potato with toppings, and your entrée plus dessert are included. Cannot ask for better quality and options when having a fine dining experience in Dade City.

   When I heard about a prime steak house in Dade city I was very surprised. I went online and made a reservation. The ambience of the whole place was modern but classic all at the same time. I got a mom and pop feel with the entree coming with a salad, potato and a desert. But with an elevated experience with the lighting and attention to detail. The beautifully plated dishes and high end service of a big city restaurant. The Delmonico steak was cooked very good. The cocktails are very well made. Definitely recommend to come here anytime you are looking for a beautiful dinner with loved ones or friends.

   The Citrus Room was absolutely amazing. Jake's service was above top-notch and he served with a joy and love for the restaurant. Truly a 5 star experience.

   In a word, Perfect. Our first visit but not our last ! From the pleasant greeting from the hostess to the knowledge of the dinner & drink menus Kyle was great, as was all the support staff. The Delmonico was the most tender I’ve experienced including several visits to the hi-end steakhouses in Tampa. A very unique dining experience to be enjoyed.

   One of the most Tenderest Filets I have ever eaten, great service, classy romantic place. Salad dressing were amazing and I loved the lazy Susan with the baked potato fixings and loaded mine up. GREAT place, going back for sure!

    Love this place. Come here quite often and it’s very consistent. Food, and service always spot on. Little concerning to see it so slow on a Saturday night, but those things happen. Just don’t drive to South Tampa to be “seen” this place is just as good if not better. Thanks again! Definitely will be back.
