   Our second visit to Cross House did not disappoint from the moment we arrived, albeit 30 minutes before our booking time, this was no problem and were showed immediately to our table. Service was spot-on and food was well presented and in a word, excellent.

   Another lovely lunch on a Tuesday, with Toni and Sarah. A nice table by the open bi-fold doors on a calm sunny day. Prompt service without feeling rushed. It will not suit everyone’s pocket, but quality food and service is worthwhile paying for.

   My regular pub for nearly 60 years with many changes of landlords and managers. The current one Dove is on the ball and runs an excellent bar and restaurant. The food is well priced and of a superior standard in all dishes, service with a smile. Excellent chef. Bar prices are fine although wine menu, a little pricey but worth the visit. Well done team.

   Never visited before, booked it for a friends birthday. Absolutely lovely! Short and concise menu, different drink options, I had a Lemoncello rose spritz! Good was fantastic.

   We have been to the Cross House a number of times in the last few years and have always been pleased with the experience. This time we took visitors who are definitely "foodies". The four of us all chose different items from the menu and each of us was particularly pleased with our choice. The staff were all friendly, efficient and very helpful. Thank you to all concerned for another great meal.

   Party of 5, food was amazing - as always. Food was perfection! Drinks were amazing and the best of all the staff were so professional and polite and made the whole experience worth it! Thank Dove and the cross house! Can’t wait to come back!
