   We had a good dinner. The small, but upscale restaurant offered a variety of entrees with a Caribbean flair. We started with the corn bread, which was great - but different from any cornbread I have had. The same goes for the she crab soup, which was a tomato-based soup and slightly peppery. There were nice chunks of crab in the soup. I had shrimp and scallop creole, and my girlfriend had MaiMai - both were excellent. She enjoyed the key lime pie with meringue for dessert. Meghan, our server did a superb job. The service was excellent. Price wise this is a higher end restaurant. The problem that I have is at this price point they should not be charging a credit card surcharge, and the kitchen pool is tacky. Given their prices, they should cover the credit card fees and pay their kitchen staff a good salary. It is these two items why I did not give the Fat Snook a Excellent rating.

   Kevin, the server, was very engaging and made our dinning experience ! His recommendations were spot on. The food was amazing!! We will be back to our favor place!! Thank you.

   The food was great The wine choices were great . But the staff !!!Our server Casey , walked us through the menu and the specials . He explained what was in each item in detail and how it was prepared . Casey knew everything about the food , without actually cooking it himself . Other staff members inquired to our evening as they passed by and asked if we needed anything. We've been very fortunate these past few years as concerns world travel. Our meal last night was a complete as any restaurant we've been in. Thank you again to Casey .

   As a true American fusion experience focused on fresh ingredients, the experience couldn’t be better. The food was delicious, service outstanding and we will definitely be back.

   Excellent food and service. Best restaurant I’ve eaten at in Florida. It deserves at least a Michelin star!

   Pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place was. Gina was our main waitress and she did a phenomenal job. Food was amazing! Best we had all week in cocoa beach. I had the Seabass and shared the crab cake and chocolate dessert. Other guests has shrimp and scallops and the other market catch. None of us were disappointed.

   We had a wonderful time and the food was amazing. Their staff are awesome. Meagan provided outstanding service. We will definitely visit again.

    Came In for our 4th wedding anniversary, sat almost immediately. Special signed card from the staff on the table which we thought was great. Casey our waiter was phenomenal, very professional, and knowledgeable about their offerings. Started with the Crab Feature (Crab cake), and Seared Scallop. The flavors were perfect on both dishes, scallops cooked Perfect (Being From New Bedford Mass. we judge scallops on a high scale) Crab Cake was Full of flavor, Crab, and also cooked just right. Entrees were Filet, and Fresh Catch Corvina. Both dishes came out with great timing after our Starters. The Hollandaise for the filet was incredible, no separation, smooth and tasty. The Steak was cooked to perfect Temp and the dish size was More than Fair. The corvina was absolutely fresh, On a bed of cabbage and a sauce I can’t recall the name, but the flavor will not fade. My wife finished dinner with a Cappuccino, and we split a Fresh Pear cake. Perfect dinner and a very rare experience. Usually we find something that could be improved, but that would be reaching. Place is a Gem.
