   We had the best time celebrating my birthday last night!!! The service was amazing and the short rib was 11/10. I had the getaway car cocktail and was blown away at how yummy it was. Definitely will be back

   The Finch was great. Did I walk out thinking it was awesome…na. The food was okay, nothing outstanding. However the service was great! Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The Finch is definitely more of a hip vibe with lots of young folks looking for a good time. If noise bothers you, I’d advise you to go elsewhere. It’s very loud in there.

   5:30 reservation. Arrived on time as did several other guests with 5:30 reservations. The hostess checked us all in and asked that we wait to be seated. There were numerous tables visibly ready for guests but instead of seating us, we had a big glob of folks just loitering in the restaurant’s foyer. This seemed awkward, strange, and unnecessary. Beyond this little frustration, the food, drinks, and service were quite good. Would return.

   The food was very good. They were a bit disorganized getting folks seated. The service was good, but slow.

   First time trying out The Finch. We had dinner before attending a performance at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. Overall, great food, great atmosphere and outstanding service. There was also plenty of available parking, which the restaurant validates for a discount. Kudos to our waiter Luke M. He was phenomenal, amicable and professional. Hell, my glass of water never went empty, thank you!

   Great experience with lunch in Nashville, yesterday! The server was very friendly, polite, attentive and explained all options. Food was absolutely delicious at a reasonable price. I recommend highly!

   We were excited to try The Finch as we were staying just a block away at the Grand Hyatt, and it is just a short walk away. We made a reservation and arrived about 20 minutes early. We were a party of 3, and there were plenty of open tables in the restaurant. We were told it would be closer to our reservation time to be seated, which was just fine. Then there were 3 or 4 walk-in parties that said they had no reservation and were seated immediately. The hostess service was highly lacking, and I was confused about how we were not seated if there was availability for walk-in patrons. The food was delicious, and our table server was running around a bit, but he did his best. The food came out almost all at once. We had four appetizers to give everything a try. It was worth it. However, our salads came out along with my ribeye, and I had to choose between a cold wedge salad or a warm steak. I would suggest this restaurant as a second or third choice due to service alone. The food was prepared well and had great flavor. Definitely need to step up in the service and kitchen timing, though!

    Super flavorful filet mignon and mashed potatoes with a divine sauce. Get the Taziki and Coconut shrimp! Roasted herb chicken was falling off the bone and so juicy! I loved our little real estate agent server; he was so sweet and made just enough small talk, not too much. We math teachers so hope he makes it big time!!! Go you!!
