   Lovely food, reasonable price for a 2 course set menu. Very good attentive service. Quite busy for a Thursday lunchtime. Will return.

   Our second visit, this time with friends for a birthday Sunday lunch. We were slightly chilled by the open door leading to diners out in the back area but otherwise very good. Service was again attentive, prompt & courteous. Food was delicious - stunning pork crackling & light crispy Yorkshire puds though not dry. Meat slow cooked & melting. Nice greens and roots.

   Warm welcome as we arrived. Shown to a perfect table by the window so our dogs were out of the way. Attentive staff but not fussy. Fixed menu was great value with lovely choices. Everything was delicious. We definitely hope to get back again soon.

   Friendly welcome, much fuss made of our dog. Our Sunday Roast beef was succulent and tasty - two big extra-thick slices each! Then a winter crumble and custard, also very tasty and generous. Service was speedy and friendly throughout.

   After bering closed for 3 and a half years, this pub now serves excellent food with great service. Couldn't fault the food we had. Parking jis the only issue!

   We are proud to be the centre of the village and we are delighted that you had a wonderful time. During the busier times the village car park is open and just a stones throw away from the pub. We hope to see you again soon.

   The grantchester green man is fantastic. Service was so attentive and warm, the interior is beautiful with plenty space between tables even allowing extra room for the dog, who was made to feel very welcome. My daughter had the pork roast which looked and smelled fantastic. I ordered a burger and chips and was slightly disappointed by the presentation. The desert was outstanding, really recommend the sticky toffee pudding. Getting in early is a must as there is very little parking. Minor quibbles aside I would love to go back and try the garden area.

   Many thanks for your review, we love all the pooches that visit us and their hoomans too! Roasts really are the highlight of the week although we are disappointed to hear that your burger didn't hit the mark as they are super popular with the added flavour of bone marrow. Our garden and terrace really are the best and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

   I ate fish stew with red snapper. It contained many prawns, which i thought gave a good impression, as did generous samphire. Nice slightly spicy flavour. It was very hot, straight from the grill/frying pan. Good value for money. Then I ate sorbets, raspberry very good. Very good staff, attentive to local sweet-tempered dogs.

    We were made very welcome and given a table by the fireplace with a wood burning stove. Perfect for our visitor from Australia. Happy to recommend the Green Man
