Modern Middle Eastern Mediterranean Restaurant with exceptional selection of salads and charcoal grilled selection of meats. We offer dine in option as well as take home meals. The Green specializes in A'la Carte restaurant up to 60 seats, take home meal as well as Private Parties, Corporate and Press Events, Weddings and other celebrations for groups from 5 to 150. We feature beautiful private event spaces perfect for any occasion, as well as the option to book the entire restaurant. Menus range from passed hors d'oeuvres and cocktails to our diverse shared menus for seated dinner.

Absolutely delicious food! We really enjoyed dining here and it was a great menu and really friendly service. I will definitely be back!

Had an incredible experience! The food was seriously delicious — every bite was packed with flavor and the mix of spices, herbs and textures was just spot on. The service was warm and welcoming, and the whole place had this amazing vibe that really felt like stepping into old Beirut. The place has this vibe that makes you feel nostalgic for somewhere you’ve never even been. I left feeling like I’d been on a little cultural getaway. Highly recommend!!

Food and service is very good. There is quite a bit of background noise as it is very busy. I really enjoyed the food.

My first visit to The Green was an experience that left me both intrigued and slightly underwhelmed. Opting for the $60 banquet, I found it to be a solid deal, offering great value for the price. As someone with a partner who is Lebanese, I was eager to explore the menu, which features Lebanese dishes, but changed to appeal to the Australian crowd. The flavours were nice, and the meal was enjoyable overall. However, the service left something to be desired. It felt a bit off, with a noticeable lack of enthusiasm from the staff upon our arrival and during the ordering process. Despite this, I will definitely be returning to The Green.

I’ve eaten at Green for both breakfast and lunch. It is indeed a little oasis in the James Street precinct with delicious Middle-Eastern food and very pleasant service. Outdoors they’ve provided a light, airy space with greenery and bold edgy furniture. Indoors they’ve retained the original industrial vibe of the building, modernised with moody colours and traditional seating. Green has captured all the elements of casual dining. Well done!

Incredible staff! Very good to mum making mothers day extra special. The food came out so fast on one of the busiest days of the year and it was perfect.
